Hardline

Battlefield Hardline is an upcoming first-person shooter video gamedeveloped by Visceral Games in collaboration with EA Digital Illusions CE and published by Electronic Arts. It is due for release in Early 2015 (by March 31) with the second public beta a month before its official launch date is now pencilled in for early 2015.

Seems DICE are either taking it slow to build up anticipation or to avoid meeting COD directly. Battlefield Hardline‘s delay until early 2015 won’t mean fans have no new Battlefield content to play during the year’s final quarter. Coinciding with the delay of Hardline, the release of the fifth Battlefield 4 DLC pack, Final Stand, has also been pushed back…..

Advanced Warfare news

Advanced Warfare Will Have “Traditional” Playlist For Classic CoD Vibe.

Thank god for that. Too many crap new game modes that get in the way.

Destiny news / Destiny to top 15m?

Bungie’s upcoming shooter Destiny, which is now just two weeks away, could sell as many as 15 million copies this year. That’s according to Sterne Agee analyst Arvind Bhatia, who said in a note to investors today that sales expectations for the game are in the range of 8 million to 15 million units.

However, based on Sterne Agee’s own retailer checks, as well as a strong response to the beta (it had 4.6 million players), positive preorder trends, and an easier competitive slate compared to last year, the firm believes that 15 million copies of Destiny sold this year is achievable.

Sterne Agee is not alone in its optimism for Destiny. Another research firm, Cowen & Company, believes the game could sell 10-15 million copies this year, outpacing even Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.

That is all for now guys. Cheers and fingers crossed for at least one good FPS out of the potential classics above.
