Ok so thanks to Wikia and others sites . I have been doing some homework on Ghosts :

Call of Duty: Ghosts[1] (also known as Call of Duty 10) is the tenth main Call of Duty game. It is being developed by Infinity Ward, Neversoft[2][3] and Raven Software.[4] Confirming that a Call of Duty game was in development on February 7, 2013[5] and was officially revealed on May 21, 2013 via a Reveal Trailer during the Xbox One reveal. It will be released on 5th November 2013 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, and Wii U and will be a launch title on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Killstreaks

3 kills – SAT COM: A portable device placed on the ground that uplinks to a satellite in orbit. Its effect is the same as the UAV – enemies without Cold-Blooded will appear on the minimap as red dots. Only this time, enemies will now have to locate the device on the ground before destroying it by conventional methods. If hidden very well, it will last for its entire 30-second duration. When there are two SAT COMs, the red dots move in real time. When there are three, enemies will appear as red arrows in real time, the same effect as the Blackbird/Orbital VSAT from the Black Ops series.

5 kills – Guard Dog: A German Shepherd K-9 dog spawns next to the player. When enemies are near, it will growl at their close proximity. When the enemies are in sight, it will attack and kill them. This is very much a ground-based AH-6 Overwatch from Modern Warfare 3, or the Escort Drone from Black Ops II. It even has a Kill Cam from the camera on the dog’s back when the enemy gets killed by it.

9 kills – Juggernaut Maniac: A C-130 drops a crate, and the player opens it to wear the Juggernaut bomb suit armor. This Juggernaut is different from the two in Modern Warfare 3 – the Maniac has only the combat knife to kill enemies, but their mobility is very fast! They can sprint for a longer period of time, and they don’t suffer mobility penalties for wearing a “heavy” suit, hence the name Maniac.

From the Support Package:

10 kills – MAAWS Launcher: A Rocket launcher that launches a projectile which spilts into two separate rockets that’ll curve around and collide with each other, thus creating a large explosion. The MAAWS only has two shots and also has the capability of locking on to enemy players.

There are other Killstreaks that can be seen from the Multiplayer Reveal Trailer, but so far not all of the details are known about the rest of them.

There is also an additional method in earning an extra Killstreak reward via a C-130-dropped Care Package: Field Orders are a blue briefcase picked up from a kill (the first one is dropped by First Blood). If the player complete those orders, they can call in a Care Package and earn a high tier Killstreak Reward. If they get killed before they complete the orders, the briefcase is dropped and can be picked up by another player. There are several Field Orders, each of them different and random each time the briefecase is picked up, such as “Get 2 kills while crouching” or “Get 2 kills while prone” or “Get 1 melee knife kill”; some are easy, some are hard.

One very powerful Killstreak Reward that can be obtained from the Field Orders Care Package is the “K.E.M. Odin Strike.” It is similar to the M.O.A.B. from Modern Warfare 3, but has some different effects – a countdown of 5 seconds goes off before a massive meteor-like ordinance strikes the map. The strike kills the entire enemy team one time, and also changes the entire geography of the map. Then the atmosphere has the red tint like the radiation dust from the M.O.A.B. So far, of the three playable maps from the reveal, it is only available on “Strike Zone.”

More info to follow this on the streaks . When I get it!

Perks :

Every Perk has a set point value from 1 to 5, and you have 8 points to use how you want. So for example: I could choose 4 Perks, each valued at 2, or 8 Perks, each valued at 1. I could also choose to get rid of my Secondary and my Equipment and get up to 11 Perks.

There are 7 types of Perks, and each type has 5 Perks associated with the effect of the type: Speed, Handling, Stealth, Awareness, Resistance, Equipment, and Elite. Some of them are somewhat recognizable at this time, and there doesn’t seem to be any Pro variants of the perks, but as of now there are not many details about any of the new ones seen in the Reveal.
