Skyrim : New Dead thrall / PS3 to expect a busy year for Skyrim / Dawnguard and Hearthfire to come / PS3 DLC SKyrim / News for DLC 2013 Skyrim / Skyrim 2013 DLC / New DLC PS3 Skyrim

Ok ,So I dumped Kornalus in the Thalmor Embassy and picked up a new companion for a short time. Namely a Thalmor wizard. These guys are pretty good. They have the Storm Atronach spell and have decent magic. Their robes are but 12% magic tho meaning there is no scope to boost if for them with enchanting ( unless I got the twin enchanting perk) . Then I dumped this guy and got Sebastian Lort :

Sebastian Lort is a male, Breton mage in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. He resides at Rimerock Burrow and has the Rueful Axe.

Barbas, when asked, will tell the player how Sebastian’s daughter worshiped Hircine, the lord of the hunt. at some point he found out she became a Werewolf and he wished to cure her of this. Sebastian asked Clavicus Vile to help cure her. And Clavicus gave him the axe.

The player will be asked to bring back the axe during the quest A Daedra’s Best Friend

Battle behaviorEdit

Sebastian Lort uses destruction magic, switching between Lightning and Ice-based spells. To defeat him, it is best to defeat the flame atronach (or frost atronach; level dependent) upon entry and lure him into the narrow passage. The use of Unrelenting Force or Ice Form improve the chances of victory.

His powerful magical abilities make him a good choice to use the conjuration spell Dead Thrall upon.He is kind of powerful but looks like a pedo and doesn’t have much protection. He also doesn’t have a conjure spell which I though he would. Anyway since I don’t have Barbas maybe I need a tougher ally.

PS3 News on DLC :

On Wednesday, a small update on the status of “Dawnguard” and “Dragonborn” for PS3 was given by Bethesda’s Pete Hines. When asked for an update on the state of the two downloadable expansion packs, Hines replied that work is still being done and that the company is committed to the release of “Dragonborn”

His full comment reads:

…we said we were still working on Dawnguard. We have committed to Dragonborn release. Just haven’t announced date yet

The “Skyrim: Dawnguard” and “Skyrim: Dragonborn” downloadable content is available on the Xbox 360 version of “The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim”.

PlayStation 3 owners should be looking at quite the busy year when it comes to new content from “The Elders Scrolls V: Skyrim”. Bethesda has promised that “Skyrim” on PS3 will receive the “Dragonborn” downloadable expansion and that work is being done to “Dawnguard” and “Hearthfire” for a PS3 release.

The PlayStation 3 release of the three “Skyrim” expansions were delayed due to technical problems that caused performance issues. Bethesda and Sony have been working on the problem over the last several months and are committed on getting the content released on PS3.

Currently, “Skyrim: Dawnguard” and “Skyrim: Hearthfire” are planned to see release in 2013 on PS3, however, work will resume on these expansions after “Skyrim: Dragonborn” is released on PS3 – additional details can be found here.
